As of the 7th of April, 2025 the 'Pets Get Benefits' Rewards Program will be updated. Now, earn one point for every dollar spent. When you've spent $500, you will receive $10 OFF your next purchase. Don't worry, we've got you covered - any points you've earned up until the 7th of April will be doubled, so you won't miss out.

The 'Pets Get Benefits' Rewards Points are only available to be redeemed in-store. Rewards Points cannot be transferred to another membership and cannot be redeemed for cash. You will accrue points for online purchases, however Rewards Points currently cannot be redeemed online. 

A valid mobile phone number and a valid email address are required to join the 'Pets Get Benefits' Rewards Program. By supplying your contact details you agree to receive marketing material from Habitat Pets Pty Ltd via emails and SMS, you may opt out at any time. Rewards Points will expire if no purchases have been made on your membership after 90 days. Habitat Pets Pty Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
